Are you covered by insurance?
I am not set up for direct billing for my home studio, but you can certainly self submit with the invoice I will provide.

How do I pay for my treatment? Should I tip?
You will be provided with an invoice for the treatment that can be submitted to your insurance company. Contactless payment preferred bookings are done through JaneApp. A valid credit card is required for each treatment booked. I don't accept tips! The best way to show your appreciation is to recommend me to your friends and family.

Does massage hurt?
Yes it can, but it doesn't have to. Open communication during your treatment is key to having a successful experience, whether it be pressure or modifying the technique. Modifications can be made at any time during the massage.

Do I have to take my clothes off?
Your comfort is of the utmost importance to me. Prior to your treatment, we will discuss what the massage will be like for you, and what you prefer. Whether you are nude or still have your pants on, I will work with you to accommodate any needs you may have regarding draping and body positioning to ensure you always feel safe and secure.

Where can I park?
There is ample street parking available in front of my house and along side roads (the neighbourhood is still under construction so parking close is subject to availability
What if I am not feeling well?
If you feel unwell, please contact me to reschedule your appointment - particularly if you are experiencing any COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms. Your treatment will be safer and more enjoyable once you feel better. Please note there is a 24-hour cancellation policy in effect.

Do you treat children?
Do you sell Gift Cards?
I have experience treating children ages 4 - 17. Parents/guardians can accompany their child in the treatment room. If you have a baby or toddler who needs treatment, I have other colleagues that I would be happy to refer you to.
